As the speeches delivered ... were but partially and imperfectly reported, Mr. Webster, in compliance with the wishes of his friends, has corrected the Speeches embraced in the following pages ..."--Page [5]. "Entered according to act of Congress, in the year 1851, by Hiram Fuller, in the office of the clerk of the U.S. district court for the southern district of New-York. [Newspapers and periodicals are permitted to copy.]"--page [2] of wrapper. "George F.
