Note(s): Phyllophorus (Urodemella) arenicola new species is described. It is an offshore species living in depths of 6-158 meters off Georgia and eastern Florida, and it has been confused with the more widely distributed P. (U) occidentalis (Ludwig 1875), known from depths of only 2 meters or less.
