Note(s): The productivity rate (14C uptake) of Microcoleus lyngbyaceus (Kuetzing) Crouan, a bloom forming bluegreen alga in the Indian River, Florida, was determined under 49 conditions of light (36 - 390 µE m⁻² S⁻¹) and temperature (16-40 ͦC) in 20 and 30‰ salinity. Light, temperature and salinity had significant effects on the production rate.
