The primary emphasis of this study was to complete a thorough review of the relevant literature and then based upon the findings, develop a Human Resources Planning System for application within the Canadian petrochemical industry. It was anticipated that the study would form the basis of a Human Resources Planning System for use within Polysar Limited.
