Microprocessor design for data security is examined with regard to both methodology and implementation. Show moreMicroprocessor design for data security is examined with regard to both methodology and implementation. The examination begins with seven commercial 32-bit microprocessors which are evaluated against a set of previously published requirements for secure hardware. Then, the methodology and implementation of data secure microprocessor design is presented using an original design. The presentation includes a description of the security policy implemented, a model of secure operation, and a detailed description of the design. The security-related overhead of the new design is compared to that of two commercial microprocessors. The design is then validated with a formal proof. Finally, the design is shown to protect against several generic attacks.

Setting the scene by placing a spotlight on the long-serving Philadelphia Orchestra conductor Leopold Stokowski, it contextualizes his pervasive influence, as well as contributions by others that shaped Fantasia and defined the film’s stylistic elements. Inspired by recent critical debates on post-silent era filmmaking and theories of authorship, it makes a case for Fantasia being the culmination of a “sound film” and notes that its displays of individual artistic talent makes it a noteworthy example of distributed authorship. Fantasia remains a unique experiment in Disney’s filmmaking in that it acquired its eventual form only because of decisions taken during production since no absolute “blue-print” for the finished film existed at the time it went into production, when a large selection of musical numbers were assigned to teams of animators.

The purpose of this research cruise was to discover and characterize, for the first time, the extent of mesophotic reefs along the entire coastline of Cuba, and to compare the health and connectivity (physical, genetic and ecological) among both mesophotic and previously well-characterized shallow reef systems in Cuba, the southeastern United States, and Gulf of Mexico (in particular, the FGBNMS and FKNMS). Moreover, the project will directly address a recommendation in the Report from MarCuba (2015) in which the U.S. and Cuban participants in this project stated their intention to initiate an international collaboration.
