Show moreThe purpose of this quasi-experimental longitudinal study was to investigate the relationship of full-time laptop computer access to student achievement and student attitudes in middle school from the academic years of 1998--1999 through 2000--2001. Two sets of variables were identified in the study. The independent variable was the instructional method having full-time access to laptops or not. The dependent variables were student achievement, and student attitudes. ANOVAs were employed to test the difference between the experimental group and the comparison group. Measures of reading comprehension and math application were determined through scores on the Stanford Achievement Test (SAT) for sixth-grade students and the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) for eighth-grade students. A teacher-made pretest/posttest writing assessment score for sixth grade was assessed with the criteria determined in the Florida Writes Program rubric. In addition, students and parents in the experimental group at the end of sixth-grade responded to a survey. As a result of the analysis, the following major findings were identified: (1) Although students in the sixth-grade were provided with full-time laptop computer access during the school year, it did not create a significant impact on student achievement in subject areas of reading comprehension, math application, and writing. (2) Data from the survey suggested that students with full-time laptop computer access during the school year had several advantages regarding student attitudes, motivation, applications of technology for school work, and improved organizational skills. Two conclusions were revealed from this study. First, laptop access did not prove to be the better learning technique over not having laptop access in improving student achievement. There was no significant difference as explained in analysis which found the power was low. Second, the study concludes that laptop access may improve student attitudes. When surveying students regarding the use of laptops, overall, students indicated that when compared to not having laptop access they felt more successful in school, more motivated to learn, their organizational skills were better, and their perceptions toward their test scores had improved. The study recommended that future research be conducted to: (1) Examine principals' participation in professional development activities related to educational technology. (2) Provide teachers with instructional design, delivery, staff development, on-going technical support, and opportunities in the classroom to integrate technology resources daily into the curriculum. (3) Study the effect of instructional uses of laptops and student achievement.

However, total meals eaten out the week prior and number of meals obtained from any away-from-home food vendors was related to total, saturated, and percent fat in the diet, as well as cholesterol. Conclusion. Commuting distance nor time were related to BMI, dietary or exercise behaviors. Regardless of commuting behaviors, better dietary behaviors should be recommended among college students.

Show moreThis research study investigated the relationship between a conflict resolution/peer mediation program and school climate as evidenced by selected critical disciplinary incidents and climate surveys. Variables investigated were survey participants' status: faculty or student. The subjects of this study were 225 students and 129 faculty members of Port St. Lucie High School in St. Lucie County, Florida. The critical incidents were compared between Port St. Lucie High School which implemented the program and another comprehensive high school in St. Lucie County. The findings showed two major results: (a) although there was some increase in positive perception about school climate after the implementation of the conflict resolution/peer mediation program, it was not significant and (b) there was a decline in the rate of three of the disciplinary incidents measured, attempting to fight, fighting and striking another student were less than expected. Disrespect for others, however, was not decreased.

Efforts are underway to reduce incidents of minority failure and racial conflict by addressing concerns in the areas of school curricula and teacher preparation. Surprisingly, school administrators, to a large extent, have not joined in the multicultural dialogue. The place to begin in order to help administrators accept the leadership role in meeting the educational needs of minority students is to elicit input from principals with experiences in managing culturally diverse schools. Few research studies have been geared toward the investigation of administrative practices in managing ethnically diverse schools. Even fewer have included listening to the views of administrators who direct these schools. Furthermore, there exists only a modest number of administrative training programs specifically designed to address cultural issues in American schools. As a result there are only limited resources for learning how to lead multicultural schools. Clearly, research is needed that will fully examine the perspectives of the small number of school administrators who have both managed culturally diverse schools and had the opportunity to receive comprehensive training in dealing with cultural issues. The purpose of this study is to identify knowledge and management practices necessary to facilitate a school climate that encourages equity and success for ethnic and minority students in Broward County Public Schools. The results of this study will help to shape further development of needed competencies for school administrators, using a previously administered training program as a foundation for discussion. Without adequate research to identify what an administrator needs to know and be able to do to manage a diverse school community, school administrators have no well-formulated guidelines by which to pattern their efforts in serving these populations. This research has also extended efforts to add to the current limited theory through qualitative inquiry. An analysis of the data collected as a result of this study adds to the discussion related to the dynamics and dimensions involved in leading multicultural schools. In addition, the results help to lay important groundwork for the development of practical and up-to date training programs and university courses for future educational leaders. School administrators lead our nation's educational efforts in preparing future generations of responsible citizens. How prepared they are to lead our schools of increasing cultural and language diversity will depend, in large measure, upon the quality of the research in discovering the management practices found to be useful with minority student populations.

In 1986 the Palm Beach County, Florida school district began a Potential Administrator Program. Legal and utilitarian concerns required that analyses of various instruments and methods of candidate assessment and selection be undertaken. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relative validity of peer raters compared with other sources in selecting participants for inclusion in a principal training program. The other sources were superordinate and self-ratings. The relationship between peer raters who were nominated and those who were not nominated by the candidates was also explored to determine the effect of using nominated raters exclusively. The sample for this study was drawn from 262 secondary school teachers in Palm Beach County who were eligible to apply for the training program. Using a Likert type scale, peer raters (n = 958) and superordinate raters (n = 42) evaluated the subjects (n = 54) on thirteen behavioral dimensions determined by research to be characteristic of high performing principals. Each candidate also completed a self-rating on the same behavioral dimensions. Finally, each candidate underwent a work sample assessment based on three of the dimensions. This assessment was divided into a communications and a content portion for evaluation purposes. Thirty candidates were chosen for the training program. An analysis of multi-trait multi-method matrices of the rating sources and behavioral traits, as well as an analysis of variance of the composite rating source means, and a stepwise multiple regression analysis predicting the work sample assessment from the three ratings sources indicated support for using peer ratings in selecting principal candidates. Peers added unique information to that provided by superordinate and self-raters relative to the targeted dimensions. Data on using raters nominated by candidates was inconclusive. Analyses were performed on: (1) a multi-trait multi-method matrix of nominated and non-nominated peer ratings and behavioral traits; 2) an analysis of correlations between these two rating sources and superordinate ratings, self-ratings, and work sample assessments. Further studies using larger samples and including elementary school candidates are recommended.

The interrelationships of these variables with age, gender, and tenure with the health system in a supervisory role were examined. A post hoc hypothesis exploring the relationships of self-directed learning, emotional intelligence, problem solving ability needed on the job and the amount of change facing the manager in the workplace was formulated after the data were collected. Conclusions focus on the strong interrelationship between self-directed learning and emotional intelligence. This research failed to establish a link between performance, self-directed learning and emotional intelligence, perhaps attributable to unanticipated aspects of the performance review process of this health system. The study revealed significant relationships between self-directed learning, degree of change in the job and level of problem solving ability needed to perform the job. This topic merits further investigation in circumstances in which the performance assessment system is more likely to provide accurate, precise knowledge of the level of performance.

Show moreThe purpose of this study was to establish the level of parent satisfaction with the perceived quality of courses and instruction in the public schools; to test the relationships between the level of parent satisfaction and a series of demographic characteristics of the parent and characteristics of the school and to identify those aspects of courses and instruction liked and disliked by parents. Analysis showed parents to be generally satisfied with the perceived. quality of courses and instruction. Eighty-two per cent of the parents indicated they were satisfied. Level of satisfaction was found to be related to race and sex with racial minorities and women showing higher levels of satisfaction. Education and socioeconomic status had a significant inverse relationship with level of satisfaction. Parents who grew up in the South were more satisfied than parents from other parts of the United States. Age and length of residence in Florida were not significantly related to satisfaction. The racial composition of the student body, racial status prior to integration, and grade level were tested for relationships to parent satisfaction and only grade level was found significant. Satisfaction was highest in grades 1 through 5, decreased in grades 6 through 9 and increased slightly in grades 10 through 12. Teachers were identified most often as the aspect of courses and instruction liked or disliked by parents. Members of minorities and lower socioeconomic categories were more concerned with basic skills and level of achievement, while white parents and members of higher socioeconomic categories were more interested in progressive curricula and effective teachers. It was concluded that parents were generally satisfied with the perceived quality of courses and instruction and that certain demographic characteristics of the parent are related to level of satisfaction and aspects of courses and instruction liked and disliked by parents.

Show moreStruggling readers need guided and motivating instruction on a daily basis in order to improve their literacy skills in a significant way. One approach for providing this type of instruction is through the use of an at-home literacy program. In this study, parents were given training and feedback in the use of simple, inexpensive, yet motivating reading techniques which they used at home with their children. A comprehensive literature review on the Neurological Impress Method (NIM), oral reading fluency, and the connection between parent involvement and student achievement and/or literacy development was conducted. Based on information obtained from the literature review, the study examined the effect of the NIM, used in an at-home program on the oral reading fluency, and word recognition in struggling readers. The study followed an experimental design in which a treatment group and a control group simultaneously completed a ten week at-home program. At the end of the program, two parents in each group were interviewed, and a NIM questionnaire was given to parents in the treatment group. The study showed no significant difference in the gain in oral reading fluency, and increase in word recognition for struggling readers whose parents used the NIM compared to the struggling readers whose parents used the read aloud technique. Based on parent responses obtained from the interviews and the NIM questionnaire, the study also showed that parents demonstrated an attitude of interest and support for the at-home literacy program. The findings of this study can serve as a reference point for educators interested in creating at-home literacy programs, as well as a topic for further research. It appears that the at-home literacy program seemed to create opportunities for parent/child bonding. Since the at-home program offered parents an opportunity to spend one-to-one quality time with their children, it seems likely that the at-home program would have a positive effect on the parent/child relationship. Because this form of parent involvement could motivate children's interest in learning, and perhaps lead to increased literacy development and academic achievement, further research in this area should be conducted.

Show moreThe primary purpose of this study was to develop a valid and reliable inventory to collect data on reported leisure/recreation awareness, leisure/recreation participation, barriers to leisure/recreation activities, and lifestyle satisfaction for individuals with cognitive exceptionalities. A secondary purpose of the study was to determine if a relationship existed between the leisure/recreation variables and reported lifestyle satisfaction for individuals with cognitive exceptionalities. Leisure and recreation activities assist individuals to lead healthy lifestyles and benefit an individuals' physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development. The dependent variable used in the analyses was lifestyle satisfaction. The predictor variables were leisure/recreation awareness, barriers to leisure/recreation, and leisure/recreation participation. Data were collected from responses ( N = 54) on the Leisure Recreation Access and Lifestyle Satisfaction Inventory (LRALS) and analyzed to determine if a relationship existed between the variables using a linear regression model. The coefficient alpha reliabilities were .90 to .98 for the leisure/recreation and lifestyle satisfaction variables. The Pearson product moment correlation coefficients were .83 to .98, p < .05 for the test-retest of the inventory. Results of the statistical analyses concluded that a positive relationship existed between reported leisure/recreation awareness and reported lifestyle satisfaction for the respondents. A negative relationship existed between reported barriers to leisure/recreation activities and reported leisure/recreation participation for the respondents. A positive relationship existed between reported leisure/recreation participation and reported lifestyle satisfaction for the respondents. The predictive accuracy of a model composed of (reported leisure/recreation awareness, leisure/recreation participation, and barriers to leisure/recreation to lifestyle satisfaction) R2 = .18 was significant, F(3, 50) = 3.67, p < .05. The predictive accuracy of a model composed of (reported leisure/recreation awareness, leisure/recreation participation, barriers to leisure/recreation and demographic data to lifestyle satisfaction) R2 = .32 was significant, F(10, 43) = 2.10, p < .05. The LRALS Inventory assists individuals to report perceived leisure/recreation and lifestyle satisfaction indices. The inventory can assist service providers to plan personnel, facilities, and equipment based on consumer choices.

Show moreThis research study investigated factors affecting completion of distance-learning courses at a south Florida community college by analyzing pre-existing and newly collected data on distance-learning students for a seven-year period (1997-2004). Distance-learning instructors were also included in the study. The investigation focused on three distance-learning methodologies---telecourse, live interactive television, and Internet. The study attempted to determine relationship between completion and the variables of gender, age, ethnicity, and degree-seeking status for students; differences in completion rates for students using the different methodologies; level of students' self-directed learning readiness; level of instructor involvement; and level of student and instructor satisfaction. Subjects of the samples of study included 5,004 distance-learning students and 88 distance-learning instructors of a community college located in south Florida. Analysis of pre-existing data resulted in findings concerning gender, ethnicity, age, and degree-seeking status. Findings revealed no significant relationship between gender and completion, by modality or for the overall group, but findings did indicate some significant relationships (though weak because of very small effect sizes) in analyses of other demographic variables. White students tended to be equally completers and non-completers whereas non-whites tended to be non-completers. Findings also showed significant positive correlations between age and completion: As age increased, completion rates increased. Results further revealed a significant relationship between degree-seeking status and completion. More than half of the degree-seeking students tended to complete their courses; fewer than half of the non-degree seeking students tended complete. Also, Learning Preference Assessment statistical results showed no significant relationship between completer status and self-directed learning readiness. Another factor of the study, the level of student satisfaction with distance learning modalities, was inconclusive. The study also included instructor involvement and instructor satisfaction with distance-learning modalities. Findings revealed that, overall, most instructors did not schedule additional time (time not institutionally mandated) to meet or chat with their students but did require students to use specified support services, such as the library and the Center for Personalized Instruction (CPI). A final segment of the survey indicated little difference in instructor satisfaction with an individual distance-learning modality and little difference in satisfaction in comparison to other modalities.

Show moreThe purpose of this study was to determine if changes could be detected in teachers' approaches to their professional practice and in the achievement of their students following the implementation of a teacher leadership capacity-building intervention framework. Specific aspects examined were (a) teachers' perceptions of changes in their classroom environments, instructional practices, planning, assessment, and confidence in instructing diverse learners; (b) observer ratings of teachers' classroom practices; (c) teachers' readiness for self-directed learning; and (d) student achievement. The study addressed four research questions and three hypotheses. Following the professional development intervention, teachers' perceived changes in their professional practices were documented on a self-report survey, with the greatest positive change reported in types and variety of instructional practices. Significant gains were found in teachers' observed effective behaviors (Florida Performance Measurement System scores), teachers' Self-directed Learning Readiness Scale scores and student achievement in reading. The outcomes, while they cannot, of course, be solely attributed to the intervention, support the concept that teacher leadership capacity is built from within when teachers are encouraged to take a greater responsibility for the design and implementation of their professional development and to share their strengths with their colleagues in a true learning community. The intervention was implemented in an at-risk school, but it provides a framework that can be replicated elsewhere. This project required a commitment of resources for observations, peer coaching, modeling instructional strategies, team meetings, reflective team planning, team data analysis, and a variety of professional development sessions chosen and designed by staff that took place both within and outside of the regularly scheduled workday. The school district, an outside private foundation, and additional grants provided funding for most expenses, including an on-site professional development facilitator. Further follow-up research is warranted given the brevity of this study and the time needed for systemic change.

The sample included five current students and five graduate nurses with physical or auditory impairments and 61 nursing faculty members, staff members, patients, and fellow students. The Colaizzi (1978) method of data analysis was modified to include additional information from interviews, observations, and documents. The findings revealed important concerns related to potentially unsafe nursing practice. The findings should assist nursing faculty with admission and retention decisions and development of reasonable accommodations. Recommendations for nursing programs to develop enforceable guidelines for admission and state regulatory boards of nursing to consider licensure with practice limitations are included.

Show moreThe Weidman and Stein (1990) professional socialization conceptual framework provided the organizing structure for a Q-methodological study about the perceptions held by professional nursing program faculty and nursing employers regarding required legal knowledge and skills for graduate nurses. The purpose of this study was to identify common viewpoints from these socializing agents about a nursing program socialization outcome of legal knowledge and skills. "What major patterns of perception, if any, can be identified from nursing faculty and nursing employers regarding legal knowledge and skills?" was the research question guiding the study. An investigator-constructed Q sample of 60 statements was based on a literature review, Model Curriculum of Legal Content in Nursing Education (The American Association of Nurse Attorneys, 1992) document, and pilot study results. The Q-sample statements were administered during 1993 to a total of 60 subjects from four counties in southeastern Florida. The P set consisted of 20 associate degree nursing (A.D.N.) faculty, 20 bachelor of science in nursing (B.S.N.) degree faculty, and 20 hospital-based nursing employers responsible for hiring or supervising graduate nurses. The Q-sample statements were sorted according to a 11-point most-agree/most-disagree distribution continuum. Correlation and factor analysis were performed with SPSS-X version 4.1 (SPSS, 1990) and QMethod (Atkinson, 1992) VAX/VMS statistical packages. The selected factor solution was the two-factor, principal axes factoring with varimax rotation. The ivory tower factor represented an educational view of the graduate nurses' legal knowledge and skills ability by persons involved with the academic side of nursing (nursing faculty). This factor articulated the strong belief, support, and positive regard for graduate nurses' legal knowledge and skills ability. The trench factor signified a performance-based view of the graduate nurses' legal knowledge and skills comprehension from individuals associated with the practice realm of nursing (nursing employers). This factor placed a dismal level of confidence in graduate nurses' legal knowledge and skills ability and detected deficits in nursing curricula. This research corroborates the perceived nursing theory/practice gap. Implications and recommendations were generated for nursing theory, education, and practice.

Show moreIn the fields of organizational studies and business management there has been a growing emphasis on the practice of knowledge management (KM)---the process of generating, codifying, and transferring information assets for increased organizational performance. This once-theoretical discipline is expanding into other sectors such as higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to (a) assess the use of KM and the strategies which further its use in research universities, (b) examine relationships between use and efficiency of the strategies and the effectiveness of KM, (c) develop a classification model for KM effectiveness, and (d) determine the critical success factors for KM effectiveness. A 43-item survey (rating strategies and processes on two dimensions---"use" and "importance") was adapted from a benchmarking tool created by Arthur Andersen Consulting and the American Productivity and Quality Center. The field test concluded that the instrument was reliable (96%) and a panel of experts validated the content (72% agreement rate). The survey was distributed to 1285 administrators at the 257 public and private United States research universities. Three hundred (300) participants from 161 universities responded. The response rate, calculated by number of organizations responding, was 62.6%. Descriptive statistics and inferential analyses (analysis of variance, correlational analysis, and discriminant analysis) were employed. Five key findings were discovered. First, universities demonstrated an above moderate level (above 3 on a 5-point Likert scale) "use" of strategies and a below moderate level "use" of processes. Second, technology was the most implemented strategy, and measurement was the least. Third, notable differences between public and private universities were found regarding use of leadership strategy and transfer process. Fourth, the proposed discriminant model for classifying institutions by KM effectiveness level was 76% accurate. Variance in KM Effectiveness ranged from 46.6% (measurement) to 30.1% (culture). Finally, the most critical factors for effective KM centered around technology and measurement strategies. Tactics within each of these strategies were further identified to enable higher education leaders to increase KM effectiveness. Other considerations are highlighted for organizations wishing to implement a KM initiative, and recommendations are made for further research.

Through a sequential design, academic profile, first-generation status, gender, age, campus involvement, enrollment status, and academic major were analyzed in how it predicts matriculation and retention of Native American students at SU. To provide a deeper understanding into Native American students at SU this study centered Native American students’ voices as it relates to their lived experiences in matriculating and persisting at SU. This study used an explanatory sequential mixed methods design. Mixed methods research combines both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analyses (Creswell & Plano Clark, 2007; Ivankova et al., 2006; Merriam & Tisdell, 2016; Teddlie & Tashakkori, 2009). A sequential mixed methods design is conducted through sequences, in this study, phases, beginning with quantitative data collection and analyses and followed by qualitative data collection and analysis (Creswell & Plano Clark, 2007; Ivankova et al., 2006; Merriam & Tisdell, 2016; Teddlie & Tashakkori, 2009). This study was conducted in a three-phrase process: 1) quantitative data collection and analyses; 2) qualitative data collection and analysis; and 3) meta-inference and integration of the phases.

As an insufficient number of Latino males are graduating with post-secondary degrees, more research must be conducted to explore their educational journey from the community college to the university and how to best support them through their transition. Therefore, the purpose of this qualitative narrative research study was to explore the stories of Latino male students as they transfer from a community college to a university. To capture the essence of Latino male students’ stories through the community college transfer experience to university, the research questions focused on what motivated and influenced their journey through the community college to a university. The research questions that guided this study were: What motivated and influenced Latino males’ decisions to enroll in a community college? What motivated and influenced Latino males’ decisions to transfer from a community college to a university? How do Latino male transfer students describe their transition from community college to a university? In this qualitative narrative research study, 10 participants participated in in-depth, semi-structured virtual interviews and completed two journal prompts. To assist in triangulation and validity, participants reviewed the data for accuracy, and thick rich descriptions were used to provide breadth and depth to their narratives. Once the data were collected, it was organized through the qualitative research data management software MAXQDA and analyzed using in vivo, descriptive, and pattern coding. The conceptual frameworks that informed this narrative study were the hero’s journey by Joseph Campbell (2008) and transition theory by Nancy K. Schlossberg (2011).

The hypothesis was that based on factors such as the glass ceiling and glass cliff, gender affects the experiences of women university presidents. The purpose of this study was to understand the personal and professional meaning-making of breaking through the glass ceiling for women who have held or currently hold the position of president in higher education. The research methodology selected for this study was qualitative with a phenomenological design. There were two guiding research questions, which serve to understand the essence of the experiences of women who serve or have served in the role of president in higher education. The research questions are (a) how do women perceive the impact of the glass ceiling and/or the glass cliff on negotiating the role of university president from ascension to attainment? and (b) how do women university presidents perceive the price they have paid, personally and professionally, for breaking through the glass ceiling? The study sample size consisted of seven current or former women university presidents. The data collection method was semi-structured interviews. This study served to provide insight that may help identify support systems for women in the workplace, changes in perceptions of women in leadership, and how gender roles unfold in both the personal and professional lives of women university presidents

This case study sought to understand the choice process of continuing-generation, direct-entry college students who enrolled in Miami Dade College (MDC), a baccalaureate community college. This research was planned prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, yet was conducted during the pandemic, creating a unique context for the study. A total of 25 participants were interviewed, including continuing-generation students, parents/family members, and high school personnel. This study used Hossler and Gallagher’s (1987) choice model as the conceptual framework to address how and why continuing-generation college students decided to pursue higher education in a community college rather than a traditional four-year college or university. The study derived five findings: financial considerations, addressing affordability and cost in the choice process; family influence and support, describing the role family play in the college selection process; proximity and accessibility, addressing how MDC is a good choice for being “close to home” and being accessible to students who may not have otherwise accessed higher education; institutional reputation, and its importance in the selection process as related to students’ knowledge of MDC, transferability options, faculty and opportunities; and college preparedness, addressing the choice process in terms of student exposure, academic readiness, and college transfer preparedness.

A modified version of the WeBS survey was used to collect data on teachers' demographics, attitudes, and experiences related to job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was delimited to include only full-time teachers in Broward County Schools. Six research questions provided the foundation of the study, which was operationalized by Astin's (1993) input environment outcome model (IEO). A descriptive analysis described the sample's individual and institutional characteristics and demographics. Correlational analyses were conducted to determine the strength of the relationship between variables. Finally, the data were analyzed using hierarchical, multiple regression. The regression model explored factors predicting job satisfaction and job stress among teachers. This study reported statistically significant results for each regression model. Statistically significant at p < .001, the factors that explained 55% of the variance in the final job satisfaction model included: How do background characteristics (e.g., sex, ethnic origin, and age), behavioral factors (e.g., openness, intrinsic motivation), and institutional variables (autonomy, student behavior, leadership, and school climate and culture) predict teacher job stress in Broward County? Implications for policy, practice and future research regarding job satisfaction and stress are included.

The purpose of this phenomenological study was to describe and explore the essence of spirituality within the lived experiences of undergraduate Black men student leaders. The objective was to understand the intersection of spirituality and leadership within Black men, and how it informed their decision making and influenced their career aspirations post their undergraduate collegiate experience. In this study, spirituality is defined as an “internal process of seeking personal authenticity, genuineness, and wholeness as an aspect of identity development” (Love & Talbot, 1999, p. 364). Guided by descriptive phenomenological methodology, four research questions were asked: (1) What is the meaning of spirituality for Black men student leaders? (2) How do Black men student leaders apply spirituality within their daily leadership practices and behaviors? (3) How do Black men student leaders define the connection between spirituality and leadership development? (4) How does spirituality inform the pathways and career aspirations of Black men student leaders? Four findings emerged as a result of the data analysis: (1) The Spirit and the Struggle: Spirituality Empowers Black Leadership, (2) The Spirit of Black Leadership is Service to Others, (3) Leading from Within: Spirituality is the “Backbone” of Black Men Leadership Identity, and (4) Spirituality Influences Black Men Career Aspirations.
